Another job bites the dust...

I spent probably 2 weeks going over my materials for a job at the Food Trust, writing and rewriting my resume so it would be targeted properly, writing and editing my cover letter, making contacts, makign sure the job was still open (it was encouraging that they extended the hire to November 4), emailed my materials promptly...
and then when I followed up yesterday, they had decided over the weekend to put a freeze on any new hires. Sorry.
If I had life insurance, I'd jump in front of the El, and then Sam would have some money waiting for him.
But I don't have life insurance. I'm no more usefu alive or dead. Might as well keep living.
