The AC 130
Via atrios, the AC-130 gunship is returning to Iraq.
I did a google search to get a picture of the plane, and found this (oddly enough at National Review. Or maybe not so oddly).
That is one scary fucking piece of machinery.
22mm shells at 7,200 rounds per minute.
If I heard those things coming in the distance, I would turn my fucking tail and run.
