Employee of the Month. Suppose he'll be next in line after Rove to get the Presidential Medal of Freedom, Honor, Corruption, Republicanism, etc.
You know...most people try to get a funny looking driver's license photo to laugh at with friends. Suppose DeLay is saying to his friends,
"Look at that! Haw haw haw haw! I go in to get a mugshot, a MUGSHOT! ME! TOM DELAY! Haw haw haw. What a riot! You see my face? See that smirk? See the gristle on my neck? Yeah, Karl, I did that on purpose to look "criminal." Haw haw haw haw haw!"
